![]() ![]() Weapon- I recommend the runeword Honor, socketed in either a plain white Divine Scepter or Knout, preferably the Divine Scepter. Weave it into your attacks to keep it topped off.Īs far as gear choices go there are a few very cheap budget items that should make you considerably stronger, at least enough to navigate through Nightmare difficulty. ![]() ![]() You can stack it up, even with just 1 point invested, to get some good lifesteal and additional movement speed. Also, don’t sleep on making use of the skill Feral Rage. A value point or two into Lycanthropy is good then the rest can go into Fury. If you don’t have Werewolf maxed then I suggest respecing and maxing it out first and foremost. It also gives a major bonus to Attack Rating which is also critically important to melee centric builds. For this reason it’s absolutely crucial you invest as many points into the skill Werewolf as you can, because that’s one of the only ways in which you’ll be able to attack faster. If it’s not on the weapon, it doesn’t count. The first and most important thing to understand about Shapeshift druids is that only two sources of increased attack speed (IAS) actually work for them - the IAS granted to you through the skill Werewolf and the IAS on your weapon. The advice I’ll give will be very narrowly tailored to navigating Nightmare since Hell is exponentially more difficult, and really requires you to understand core mechanics of the game on a character like a Fury Druid. Honestly the best advice I can give you is to respec into something like Tornado but if you’re deadset on Fury and up for the challenge then read on. They’re one of the most difficult and least “beginner friendly” builds in the game, due to both the intricacies of shapeshift mechanics and because of the natural difficulties you encounter with an under geared melee character. I’m going to preface this comment by saying that firstly, if you’re a beginner player there is too much info to give real comprehensive advice on a Fury Druid in a single post. Ok, because if you have access to online trading that will certainly make your life easier unless you’re looking to do a real grind.
